How Seats Work in Stanley

Adding a Seat to your Stanley account allows you to manage multiple LinkedIn profiles from one single account — without needing to log in and out.

Each Seat represents an additional LinkedIn profile connected to your Stanley workspace. This makes it easy to seamlessly switch between profiles (for example, if you manage your own profile plus a client’s, business partner’s, or company profile).


What happens when you add a Seat?

When you add another Seat, you’re able to:

  • Manage two (or more) LinkedIn profiles from one Stanley account

  • Easily switch between profiles inside Stanley

  • Create posts and content for each connected profile

  • Keep everything centralized — no separate logins needed

Think of Seats as giving you side-by-side access to multiple LinkedIn identities in one place.


📊 Important to know about analytics + emails

Only your primary Seat receives:

  • Weekly Analytics emails

Additional Seats can still generate posts and be actively managed — they just won’t receive these weekly email reports.
